Order Help

Q : "How long does delivery take?"

Items in stock at our Germany warehouse typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. For remote or less accessible areas, delivery may take up to 14 business days. To ensure the highest quality and precision, our made-to-order and custom products require a lead time of 20–45 days.

Q : "Do you guys offer a refund or exchange?"

We are an online retailer supplier only, and not a bathroom installation company. You will need to source and use a separate fully qualified fitting company. You can also download full installation guides in the product specifications on the product pages.

Q : "Is this suitable for residential or commercial use?"

Our products are designed primarily for residential bathrooms, including master baths and guest bathrooms.


Select models may also be suitable for light commercial use—please contact us if you have specific requirements.

Q : "My order has not arrived yet. What should I do?"

Once your order is processed, the courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive on this date, please contact Eleanor@monblari.com.
